Quest Travel
reserves the right to deny acceptance of any Registration.

A deposit is required along with the completed Registration form. The deposit is FULLY refundable up to 90 days prior to departure. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure. Quest Travel highly recommends the purchase of travel insurance.

There will be NO refunds for those who register 60 days of less prior to the departure date or for those who cancel 60 days or less prior to departure date. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING!

Cancellation of a tour by Quest Travel will result in a FULL refund of all monies paid. [No refund will be paid for unused services listed as part of this tour.]

The cost of this tour is subject to increase due to increases in costs to Quest Travel for any and all activities connected with this tour. The price of the airfare portion of this tour is subject to change until the ticket(s) have been purchased. (Once the air ticket(s) have been issued, there will be NO REFUND of the cost of the ticket(s)).

The cost of this tour is based on double occupancy. If Quest Travel is unable to match a single traveler with a roommate, the single supplement will apply. In addition, the cost of this tour does not include gratuities for the tour guide.

Passenger accepts responsibility for travel to and from applicable airport of departure (JFK). In addition, passenger agrees to arrive at designated airport 3 hours prior to departure for international flights.

A valid passport is required for international flights. Passport numbers are required 60 days prior to departure.  Quest Travel reserves the right to change the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances as well as the right to change the accommodations listed for others of similar quality.

Quest Travel operates this tour as agents of the aircraft, travel insurance agents, railroads, car rental contractors, steamship lines, hotels, bus operators, sight-seeing contractors and others who provide actual arrangements. Quest Travel is not liable for an act, omission, delay, injury, loss or damage or nonperformance in connection with these tours.

Travel insurance is not included in the tour price. It is the passenger's sole responsibility to obtain travel insurance. Quest Travel highly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance. You will be required to provide proof of travel insurance or sign a waiver releasing Quest Travel from any and all liabilities.
